Recording in Cambridge

RegentThis week sees an important and exciting event taking place in my career, the recording of my first CD. The recording will be of twelve of my recent choral works and will be released on Regent Records in early 2014. The recording will be made by the Choir of Selwyn College, conducted by Sarah MacDonald with Tim Parsons on the organ. I am also very pleased that Onyx Brass will be performing on two of the pieces as well. The recording will feature the bulk of my choral work from the last four years and will feature a mix of sacred and secular pieces. Included on the disc are: Evening Service, Te Deum & Jubilate, The Glory of Zion, The Lord is My Light, O Salutaris Hostia, Verbum caro factum est, I Stood on a Tower, How Clear How Lovely and Invocation. It will also feature a new part-song written especially for the occasion, Green, and my newest piece The Hazel Wood which will be given it's premiere in Scotland in the JAM concerts in February. Greatly looking forward to it.
